The Health Partners of Western Ohio Dental Outreach will be visiting Urbana High School to provide dental services to our students. They will bill Medicaid and Private Insurance. The dental visit is considered a preventive visit through your insurance company. If your child has no health coverage there will be no charge. The Outreach Team will be at Urbana High school September 19th. Consent forms will come home with your student the first week of school and are due back to the school no later than Sept 16th. Good morning students and families! This is a reminder that all seniors will need to provide an immunization record indicating they have received a 2nd dose of the Meningococcal vaccine. If the first dose of Meningococcal is administered on or after their 16th birthday, a second dose is not required. As this vaccine is a state requirement, it applies to students attending Ohio High Point, as well as Urbana High School. Students will not be able to pick up schedules or attend school until the proof of immunization is provided. Immunization records may be brought to the Urbana High School office before the first day of classes on Aug 19th. Contact your primary doctor or the Champaign County Health Department at 937-484-1605 to schedule an appointment.
