Good morning UHS Families! This is a reminder that the Health Partners of Western Ohio Dental Outreach will be visiting Urbana High School to provide dental services to our students. They will bill Medicaid and Private Insurance. The dental visit is considered a preventive visit through your insurance company. If your child has no health coverage there will be no charge. The Outreach Team will be at Urbana High school September 19th. Consent forms will come home with your student the first week of school and are due back to the school no later than Sept 16th. We look forward to working with the dental outreach to meet our students’ dental needs. If you have any questions, reach out to our nurse at 937-653-1433.
